In his new role at DriSteem, Parekh will ensure workplace safety, ergonomic efficiency, and OSHA compliance while driving product and process improvements in line with ISO 9001-2015 standards. He will optimize resources and prioritize spending to meet timeliness, reliability, and safety goals. Parekh will address internal factory issues and product concerns, implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
